Template notice: This is a starting draft and not legal advice. Have it reviewed before launch.
These Terms govern your use of the Zuzu app and thezuzu.app, operated by Prime Impression (Israel). By using Zuzu, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Subscriptions & trials
Zuzu offers a 7-day free trial, after which access to workouts and the library requires a paid subscription ($9.99/month or $59.99/year). Subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically, and can be cancelled through your store account at any time. Store terms govern refunds.

Zuzu provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any program, and stop if you feel unwell. You use the app and perform exercises at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content & intellectual property
The Zuzu app, its programs, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Your logged workout data belongs to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuzu is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
